VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., July 24, 2007--When the Lord made George Otis he threw away the mold.  He was quite a man who had irrepressible joy and enthusiasm.  He will be remembered fondly for his wonderful work with Voice of Hope Ministries and he will be greatly missed.
